2. Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
3. Our services and prices
The site describes a free missed-call check and services we are building for businesses, starting with trades. It shows no prices. If we quote a price, the final price, what's included and the payment terms are set out in a written quote and service agreement before any work starts.
Month-to-month, and how to cancel
All our services are month-to-month. There is no lock-in contract.
You may cancel by giving us 20 business days' written notice, sent to autopilotagency731@gmail.com. We bill monthly in advance, so your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, as long as we receive your notice at least 20 business days before that month ends. If we receive it later than that, the next month is also payable, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that next month.
In these terms, "business day" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in South Africa.
For example (an example only, using 2027 dates and assuming we bill on the 1st of each month): you pay on 1 March 2027 and we receive your notice on 15 March 2027. Counting from the next business day, and skipping Monday 22 March (the public holiday, because Human Rights Day falls on Sunday 21 March in 2027), Good Friday on 26 March and Family Day on 29 March, the 20 business days end on 15 April 2027. April is therefore also payable, and your cancellation takes effect on 30 April 2027.

4. The AI assistant
Our chat assistant is an AI. Its answers are general information, not professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and it may make mistakes. Nothing it says is a binding offer. For anything important, confirm with us directly.
5. No guaranteed results
We describe what our systems are designed to do. Results depend on each business, so we don't promise specific numbers of calls, leads or sales unless a written agreement says so.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to hack or overload it, no automated scraping, no false enquiries, and no unlawful or abusive content in forms or chat.
7. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, graphics and code belong to Autopilot Agency or its licensors. You may view and share links to it, but not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
8. Links to other sites
Links to other websites (for example a booking tool, if we add one) are for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that can't be excluded.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information: https://autopilotagency.co.za/privacy. Our enquiry form is handled by FormSubmit, a third-party service that processes the details you enter outside South Africa. We use them only to reply to you.
11. Complaints
Contact us first at autopilotagency731@gmail.com and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we reasonably can. If it isn't resolved, you may approach the National Consumer Commission or another relevant body.

These terms are governed by South African law.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
